Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of answerplacement.com and the audits you buy from us (“AnswerPlacement”, “we”, “us”). By buying an audit or using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

What you get

An AnswerPlacement audit is a one-time, automated report on a website you name. We fetch your homepage and a small number of pages linked from it, score them across three channels (SEO, AEO, and GEO), and give you a prioritized list of fixes. Reports are generated by software, including an AI model, with no human review unless we say otherwise on the page where you bought.

What it is not

An audit is our opinion and analysis, not a guarantee. We do not promise that following our recommendations will improve your rankings, get you cited in AI answers, increase your traffic, or produce any particular business result. Search engines and AI assistants change their behavior constantly and none of them are under our control. Nothing in a report is legal, financial, or professional advice.

Price and payment

An audit costs $29 (US dollars), charged once, per audit. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices can change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that audit.

Refunds

If the audit fails to generate, or the report is obviously broken or empty, email us and we will re-run it or refund you in full. If you are simply unhappy with the findings, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.

Sites you may audit

Only submit a site you own or are authorized to analyze on behalf of its owner. Our crawler makes a small number of ordinary requests to public pages, but you are responsible for having the right to point it at a given site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to run audits without paying, or work around the checkout;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute our reports as your own product;
• overload, probe, or interfere with the service or the infrastructure behind it;
• use the service to break the law or someone else’s rights.

We can refuse or cancel service, with a refund, if a request abuses the above.

Your report and sharing

Each finished report gets its own link. Anyone with that link can view it, so treat the link as semi-private and only share it with people you want to see the report. You may use the contents of your own report freely inside your business.

Our content

The site, the audit engine, the scoring method, and the wording of our pages are ours. Buying an audit gives you the report, not a license to our software or our brand.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features can change or be withdrawn. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the audit in question. We are not liable for lost profits, lost traffic, lost rankings, or other indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
